Fall River residents interested in purchasing a home for the first time, should take advantage of a new home owner program sponsored in part by the city’s Community Development Agency. According to spokesman George Tripp, the following topics will be up for discussion:
- Informed, voluntary decisions
- Budgeting & Credit
- Lead paint issues
- City & state programs
- Legal issues
The home owner program will be held January 9th, and 10th 2017 at the North End Senior Center located at 101 President Avenue. For more information call George Trip at (508) 679-0131 Ext. 4112.
