Here’s a news release by the Office of Fall River Mayor Correia
On Wednesday, August 16 at 9:00 am, there will be an in-service ceremony and press conference for the Fall River Fire Department’s newest apparatus, Engine 6, at the North End Fire Station, 140 Commerce Drive, Fall River. Mayor Jasiel F. Correia and Fire Chief John Lynch will preside.
Engine 6 is the first fire truck purchased under the HUD Section 108 loan program initiated by Mayor Correia.
