One SouthCoast Chamber Announces New Executive Director for Leadership Southcoast
One SouthCoast Chamber is pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Criscuolo as the new Executive Director of Leadership Southcoast. The region’s premier leadership program joined the Chamber as a program on June 30 after more than 15 years of service to the business, governmental and non-profit sectors through leadership training, team-building and connecting diverse individuals with a common goal – Engage, Educate and Empower individuals.
Mike O’Sullivan, Co-CEO of One SouthCoast Chamber, said, “With Donna’s appointment and the strength of the Chamber behind her, we see new heights for this jewel of the South Coast. The Chamber and Leadership Southcoast share a vision to help build stronger, more resilient communities, and that begins with leadership.”

With her strong background, including leading the region’s powerful EforAll program, Donna brings to this role relationships, leadership and talent that will build on the great strengths of Leadership Southcoast.
Donna Criscuolo has over 25 years of experience in the private sector, as an entrepreneur and in nonprofit management. Her background is in marketing and operations that quickly led her into leadership roles at various organizations. She has been in the nonprofit arena for over 10 years and finds mission-driven work to be the most satisfying. Donna most recently held the position of Executive Director of EforAll South Coast where she created financial sustainability for the program as well as grew community support through volunteer engagement.
Being a strategic thinker who holds a grand vision, Donna sees the long term big picture while building the road that leads there. She empowers others through her authentic presence and support. One of her many mantra’s is “Lead from behind” which empowers those around her.
Donna’s goal for Leadership South Coast is to support diverse leaders through inclusive programming. “I hope to encourage new faces of leadership. Leaders are not just found in corner offices. Some are working quietly within their communities. Others are supporting with compassion. All have a village mentality that encourages participation and is all-inclusive.”
Leadership Southcoast will soon begin recruitment for a program class to start this winter.
