On, Thursday February 13th at 10:00 AM in the Fall River Government Center Atrium, Mayor Paul E. Coogan will join with New England Donor Services to recognize Valentine’s Week and celebrate national Organ Donor Day.
Individuals touched by organ donation will be sharing their stories. This event provides information about registering as an organ donor at the Registry of Mother Vehicles when getting or renewing a driver’s license, Real ID, or ID. In 2019 over 1,248 lives were saved here in New England because of the generosity of individuals who became organ donors.
