The Narrows Center for the arts is holding its 14th Annual festival this Sunday, August 13th, rain or shine.
According to festival spokeswoman, Kathy Spencer about a thousand area residents are expected to come out to join in the fun.
“We are going to have 20 vendors set up and 8 bands will be playing a variety of music throughout the day,” she says. “People have been known to dance in the streets.”
The festival will be held at the Narrows Center for the Arts on the city’s waterfront. Ms. Spencer says that Anawan Street will be closed off, but you can visit the gallery’s website for more information about the festival and parking options.
The festival is free and open to the public.
