The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has announced that the paving of Milliken Boulevard in Fall River will be completed by the end of this week. The paving will take place from Columbia Street to Connector Street between 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 9th, and be completed by 6:00 a.m. Friday, June 10th.
While Traffic will be maintained during the work schedule, lane closures will be required. Abutters and all businesses, however, will be accessible.
Drivers should expect delays, obey the speed reduction laws, and use caution through the work area. MassDot officials do recommend alternate routes be used if possible.
