Middle Street from Bay Street to Broadway in Fall River will have traffic detours, and parking restrictions in place from Monday, July 8th until Saturday, July 13th. The work is for the continuing repaving of Middle Street, according to the city’s Department of Public Utilities Assistant Deputy Director Paul Ferland.
