Dave Cavell is one of nine (9) candidates seeking the Democratic nomination in the race to succeed Joseph Kennedy for the Massachusetts Fourth Congressional House seat. He will be on the ballot in the northern part of Fall River at the September 1st State Primary.

Dave Cavell was born and raised in Brookline and has a career in government, having worked as a speechwriter for President Obama and an advocate against abusive big businesses for state Attorney General Maura Healy. He says among his priorities is getting serious about dealing with the opioid crisis.
Mr. Cavell says he supports the passage of the Green New Deal and a restructuring of how police serve our communities. He is also in favor of expanded healthcare options and smart ways of bringing financial opportunity to all.
