Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan will deliver his 2021 State of the City Address Tuesday, March 9 at 5:30 pm before a joint meeting of the City Council and School Committee.
This will be Mayor Coogan’s second State of the City Address in a little over three months after last year’s address was delayed and delivered on November 23 due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The address typically looks back at accomplishments from the previous year while setting goals for the year ahead.
