Mayor Jasiel Correia has submitted his recall election nomination papers to the city’s Board of Elections Office. The mayor told FRCMedia News that he submitted “well over” the 300 required signatures, as have candidates Kyle Riley and Paul Coogan.
In addition to the mayor, there are ten (10) other candidates running in the recall election. They have until January 23rd to submit the required signatures, which will need to be certified before their names can appear on the ballot. The election will be held on March 12th.
