The City of Fall River has developed an Integrated Wastewater and Stormwater Master Plan Draft for the community. The purpose of this Master Plan is to provide a road map for the city to upgrade & maintain the stormwater & wastewater infrastructure, and keep the city in compliance with state and federal regulations.
