The Massachusetts House and Senate have finally reached a compromise on the legalization of Marijuana for recreational purposes that went before voters via a ballot question in the November 2016 state election. The bill was passed, but how it was to be implemented took some time to hammer out in the state legislation ever since. Now State Senator Michael Rodrigues highlights the changes to the Marijuana bill that is now awaiting final approval by Governor Charles Baker:
