The Massachusetts Business Coalition on Immigration and Bristol County Chamber of Commerce will host a lunch meeting on Tuesday, February 26, to discuss issues related to business, immigration, and employment.
“If we want Bristol County to continue its path to greater and greater success, we need to nurture the global talent that we’ve drawn to our area,” the Chamber said.
Speakers at the lunch will include Matouk CEO George Matouk Jr., Bristol Community College president Dr. Laura Douglas, and Gold Medal Bakery treasurer Brian LeComte.
The meeting will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Matouk, 925 Airport Road, Fall River. There is no cost to attend, but advance registration is required at Communications@bristolcountychamber.org.
Founded last October, The Massachusetts Business Coalition on Immigration is an initiative of The Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy (MIRA) Coalition, which works to promote the right and integration of immigrants and refugees.
