Candidates who have qualified for the ballot by filing certified nomination papers need to do so by Saturday, August 2nd.
Only the mayor’s race will appear on the Preliminary Election ballot slated for September 16th. The top two vote getters in that race will face off, along with the full slate of candidates for city council and school committee, in the Municipal Election on November 4.
