Poets from the non-profit organization called masspoetry.org, based out of Boston, visited Bristol Community College December 11th, to lecture students from five area high schools about the importance of incorporating language, particularly poetry, into their lives. Among the speakers: Poet Aja Monet, who spoke about the importance of self expression through writing:
