The fire-ravaged King Phillip Mills Complex at 372 Kilburn Street in Fall River is under close scrutiny these days. According to City Councilor Pam Laliberte-Labeau, who also chairs the council’s Public Safety Subcommittee, two draft reports by two different architects have been submitted to the Correia Administration with recommendations about what should happen to the massive complex. One possibility is demolition then putting up buildings for mixed used, but Laliberte-Labeau tells FRC Media News, that Southend residents do not want the complex turned into purely residential housing:
