Saturday, July 18: SOUTHEASTERN MA ADULT WALKING CLUB, 9:00am – 10:00am. Easy 2-mile urban walk along the Taunton River boardwalk to Bicentennial Park and back. Park in the DCR parking lot at 5 Water Street in Fall River. Walk across the footbridge and meet at the Visitor Center. There is no shade on this walk, so please bring a hat. Tuesday, July 20: FLYING HIGH DOGS, 6:00pm-6:45pm in the Meadow. The Fall River Public Library presents a dynamic, family-friendly show featuring Mike Piazza and his Flying High Frisbee Dog, as they soar through the air! Wednesdays & Sundays: CRABBING THE QUEQUECHAN, 11:00am-noon Meet at the footbridge by the Visitor Center. Join us as we explore the biodiversity of the Quequechan River in this catch-and-release program. Help pull up the traps and see what’s inside! Depending on the season and the tide, we may see blue crabs, oyster drills, comb jellies and other creatures.

Daily: THREADS OF FALL RIVER EXHIBIT, 9:00am –3:30pm Celebrate the cultural, ethnic and industrial history of Fall River and its preeminence as the textiles hub of America.
Daily: FACES OF FALL RIVER EXHIBIT, 9:00am -3:30pm Meet the people of Fall River through a gallery of classic black and white photographs from the textile era. Featured are many photos by sociologist and photographer Lewis Hine.
