First time home buyers have an opportunity to obtain information about how to make the best decision when searching and obtaining a mortgage for their new residence.
The Community Development Agency is holding a First Time Home Buyers Seminar tonight, Monday, March 13th at Government Center between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Information on how to search for a home; obtain the best interest rate mortgage; what financial help may be available through city and state venues; issues surrounding lead paint and more, are the topics that will be up for discussion.
Another seminar session is expected to be held tomorrow at the same place and time, but the threat of a major snow storm to hit our area may mean tomorrow evening’s session will be cancelled.
For more information about this, and future First Time Home Buyers Seminars, interested parties can call CDA Representative George Tripp at (508) 679-0131, Ext. 4112.
