Holiday Tree Up In Fall River

Thanks to the work of Fall River’s Department of Community Maintenance crews, a massive fir tree – donated by a local church – was cut down this week, and is now displayed at Government Center. The donation was made because the tree grew too tall over three decades to comfortably sit on the North Main Street property.
