The legislature’s Joint Committee on Higher Education toured Bristol Community College last week as part of its charge to visit all 29 state public higher education institutions this fiscal year.
Committee members toured the Fall River campus and met with a group of faculty, staff and students.
Bristol President Dr. Laura Douglas hosted the delegation, saying it is important for the legislators to hear directly from those who study and work at the college on the great work being done at Bristol and the need for continued and expanded support.
