Social service agencies are banning together to help the 80 families displaced by the New Year’s Day fire that resulted in the demolition of an building at the Four Winds apartment complex in Fall River’s North End. The American Red Cross met with fire officials today to discuss how best to help the residents, many of whom were left homeless:
