Heavy rains in November caused levels at the North Wattupa Pond – Fall River’s secondary water supply – to overflow. FRC Media News caught up with Administrator of Public Utilities Terry Sullivan, who said his department is now adjusting water levels so city residents, especially those living near the pond, don’t run into any problems. From the city’s Fourth Street Water Pump Station, Sullivan said there was a total of ten inches that fell in mid-November:
