Resident artist Barbara Adams will demonstrate how to turn a gourd into an art-covered nesting place at the Greater Fall River Art Association (GFRAA) on Sunday, April 28.
“Every participant will leave the workshop with a unique hand-cleaned and crafted birdhouse ready for a new family to move in,” she says.
The workshop will be held at 80 Belmont St. from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. All materials, including large gourds, will be provided. The cost is $55 for GFRAA members and $65 for nonmembers. Attendees should bring lunch or a snack.
