Peer 2 Peer Recovery Project is hosting a Recovery Health & Wellness Day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, at Heritage State Park.
The free family event will feature activities including lawn games, live music headlined by Blue Flash, exercise classes, yoga, and poetry. Children’s activities will include a slime booth, face painting, and bouncy house obstacle.
Peer 2 Peer Recovery Project is a program of Steppingstone Incorporated that provides services and support to individuals in Fall River who are in recovery, or contemplating recovery from, substance use.
The Health & Wellness Day is being presented in conjunction with Steppingstone Incorporated, State Representative Carole Fiola, and Saint Anne’s Hospital.
