Bristol Elder Services, Inc. (Bristol) is offering a free public educational event to help people 45 years of age and over plan for their needs as they age.
The organization will host a panel discussion in conjunction with BankFive and the law offices of Jane E. Sullivan from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, at 1 Father DeValles Boulevard in Fall River. Topics will include financial and legal issues, estate planning, and care options
