Numerous social service agencies turned out at Government Center this afternoon to help victims of the Four Winds apartment complex fire get back on their feet. 80 individuals lost everything they owned in the New Year’s day blaze and were left homeless. Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia was on hand to thank the American Red Cross for organizing the second fair held this week:
