A Foster Grandparent Program sponsored by Citizen’s For Citizens, Fall River’s anti-poverty agency, is seeking volunteers to work with children in area elementary schools. The goal is to hook up eligible seniors with students to give the young people an extra boost of attention while giving the Foster Grandparents the chance to give back to the community.
