Flag day will be celebrated tomorrow, Tuesday, June 14th. In Fall River, City Councilor Ray Mitchell has raised the American flag in front of Government Center in observance of the day. Because of time constraints, Mitchell will be unable to continue that tradition tomorrow, but that doesn’t stop people from celebrating the day. Residents who would like to raise a flag of their own in honor of flag day, should be advised of flag etiquette as explained here by the city’s Veteran’s Agent Ray Hague:
