The new inter-municipal agreement for wastewater treatment, and for drinking water services, between the city of Fall River and nearby Freetown will go before the City Council Finance Committee Tuesday, December 13th. The idea behind the contract is to ensure Freetown residents who are hooked into the city’s water system – mainly those who reside on North Main Street in Freetown – to continue to be offered water and sewage services provided by Fall River, according to that city’s Administrator of Community Utilities Terry Sullivan:
