A free tree planting program continues for some lucky Fall River residents this summer. Louise Kaccynski is helping to make the program possible through grant monies. Ms. Kaccynski spoke recently with Beverly Andrade of Forever Paws Animal Shelter about the trees that had been planted at the shelter at 300 Linden Street.
