City planner Bill Kenney today told FRC Media News today that the mayor’s $10 million dollar Streetscape project that was recently approved by the Fall River City Council is beginning….today.
Kenney says the city is soliciting bids to hire an architectural firm to begin the design process of the targeted streets that will be upgraded including, Purchase, Rock, Columbia, Bank, North and South Main Streets, to name a few:
