The Fall River Public Library roof has remained damaged and leaking for months but has finally been repaired, according to the city employee in charge of the project. FRC Media News spoke with the city’s Facilities Maintenance Project Manager Tammy Moutinho this week, who reports that approximately $375 thousand dollars has been allocated through Conservation Preservation Act (CPA) funding to make the necessary roof and painting repairs.

According to Moutinho, the total repair project is expected to fall about $25 thousand dollars under budget.
