The Fall River Police Department is asking for help in identifying suspects is a string of three bank robberies in the city over the past week.

Here are details of all three robberies as reported by police:

On Thursday, March 14, 2019, Bank Five located at 55 Thirteenth Street was robbed. If you know who this suspect is or have any information regarding the incident please contact Detective Derek Beaulieu at 508-324-2796. Anonymous Tips are also accepted by calling the TIP Line 508-672-TIPS(8477).

On Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at approximately 2:15 PM City officers were dispatched to 490 Robeson Street, Bay Coast Bank, to investigate a report of an unarmed robbery. Upon arrival, Officers learned that an individual entered the bank with a covered face and sunglasses, walked up to a teller window, held a note to the window and demanded money. The teller gave the individual money and the individual fled the bank. The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 yrs old, medium build, approx. 5’8 ft tall, wearing a hooded sweatshirt, gray sweat pants, dark sunglasses, and gloves. If anyone has information regarding this suspect’s identity please contact the FRPD at 508-676-8511, or the Fall River Major Crimes Division Det. On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at approximately 1:22 p.m., the Rockland Trust Bank located at 855 Brayton Avenue in Fall River was robbed. If anyone has information regarding this suspect’s identity please contact the FRPD at 508-676-8511, or the Fall River Detective Luis Vertentes at 508-324-2796 or call anonymously on the TIPS line at 508-672-8477.
