Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia II held a press conference in Government Center today to announce he is not resigning in light of the thirteen count federal indictment lodged against him. Correia insisted he did nothing wrong as mayor, adding he did did not steal money from investors of his former company Sno Owl either, and that, in fact, the company did produce a product he had developed. Corrreia also explained his seemingly jovial manner following his arraignment in a Boston court last week:
