It’s official! Mayor Jasiel Correia II unveiled his proposed $225.8 million dollar budget for Fiscal Year 2018 at a news conference today at Government Center. The mayor says his financial package gives the City of Fall River “A foundation for a solid future.” While there are many facets to the proposal – that is currently being combed over by the full city council – Correia states that among other major concerns, the plan fully supports the financial needs of the school department:
