A 30 Year old Fall River man was arraigned in Second District Court today after being arrested August 1st on drug charges.
According to police, Paul Cordeiro of 266 East Main Street, was driving a car through the city when officers from the Vice and Intelligence Unit who had the suspect under surveillance, pulled his car over at a convenience store parking lot where Cordeiro was then pat-frisked. 14 bricks of heroin was then confiscated from the vehicle, which equals 700 small individual bags of the class D substance.
Cordeiro was released on the condition he remain drug free until his pretrial hearing on October 12th.
