The major peace not mentioned in this article is that this agreement was penned by the Flanigan Administration and it is that Administration that is responsible for this $1000000 reimbursement sort of speak. I take note that that was not mentioned at all leading voters to believe the current Administration once again waves a wine and got the mail inbox. I feel that for River Community media should make note that this was done under a prior Administration. Too many things that was started long ago are now being credited two individuals that had nothing to do with it such as Route 79 and the work along the Waterfront that once again was the Flanagan Administration working with the state to get Penny Ling and funding. Please make sure this is made available to the voters and the public

Flanagan Administration in 2014 is responsible for the contract that ultimately is now bringing 1 million dollars into our city. Yet not one word was mentioned by Kathy Ann. This appears to be and I’m going process of attempting to give credit 2 + Administration that had zero import in negotiating signing and ultimately receiving all the money. It’s great that is coming now but let’s get credit where credit is due
