Mayor Jasiel F. Correia II announces today that this year’s city fireworks display will take place at 9:00 pm on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Best viewing areas will be in the Battleship Cove area, Heritage State Park and Bicentennial Park.
Mayor Correia said, “I hope that every family in Fall River comes out to enjoy one of the best fireworks displays in the area. Our waterfront is second to none and Fall River’s annual display, over the Taunton River, is a sight that cannot be duplicated anywhere in the region. I wish a happy, safe Fourth of July to everyone.”
The rain date is Wednesday, July 5.
