One item up for discussion during Fall River’s Conservation Commission is to consider a Notice of intent by a representative of the Charter School on Dickinson Street. The school is requesting permission for the construction of a school campus to include a K-12 grades building, parking facility access, utilities, landscaping and drainage system.
