A full meeting of the City Council Meeting will convene at Government Center tonight.
The Committee on Ordinances & Legislation session kicks off the night at 5:15 pm. Among other items, a resolution submitted by Councilor Steve long that states it is the duty of property owners to keep their residences free of litter and weeds will be considered.
The Committee of Public Works and Transportation is up next during which time a communication from a resident on flooding issues pertaining to Hyacinth Street will be considered.
During the Finance Committee Meeting at 6:00 p.m. there will be citizens’ input time and talk about the $3.8 million dollar loan order for repairs to the Westall School, which was damaged by a bad storm in 2013.
Finally, the full City Council meets starting at 7:00 assuming the Finance Committee does not run over.
