The Fall River Charter Commission has finished drafting the question that will appear on the ballot in this fall’s final election come November. The current charter is in excess of 80 years old, and Commission Chairman Mike Miozza, who spearheaded the venture, says it took over two years to make proposed changes, and to weed through the proper legal wording that is now awaiting final approval from the state.
