Several Fall River residents and only one city council incumbent have pulled papers so far to run in the city’s upcoming election this fall. Nomination papers were available for the first time on Tuesday, April 25th and will continue to be available until July 21st. Once the papers are taken out then potential candidates must acquire signatures from fifty (50) registered voters before their names can appear on the ballot. The submission deadline for all the paperwork to be completed is August 8th.
