The fifth edition of the FABRIC Arts Festival will take place From October 10 through October 13 in Fall River and Providence.
The celebration features food, music, and fine art events that promote contemporary Portuguese culture.
Michael Benevides, owner of Portugalia Marketplace and co-founder of FABRIC, says the diverse schedule of events will cater to many.
Fees are charged for many events but Mr. Benevides says some are free while others are discounted. More pricing information can be found on the FABRIC Arts Festival website.
Since the FABRIC started in 2019 the goal has been to introduce Fall River residents and visitors with unique content that also spotlights Fall River’s culture and arts scene.
The FABRIC Arts Festival is organized by Casa dos Açores de Nova Inglaterra (CANI) under the leadership of Mr. Benevides and co-founder Jesse James.
