Here is the slate of events happening this coming week at the Fall River Public Library.

Here are some of the special events happening at the library this week.

Take-home Children’s Crafts: Each week brings a different fun take-home craft. Pick them up in the Children’s Room while supplies last. Crafts are sponsored by Debby and Richard Danner.

Keychain Craft, Saturday, June 3 at 11 am. Kids can make a fun keychain they color in themselves! Choose from princesses, dragons, animals & more. In the Children’s Room.

Reiki Meditation for Children, Saturday, June 3 at 11 am. Join Etereo Scents and Wellness of Fall River for a unique Reiki Infused Meditation program for kids ages 4 to 10. The class will include information about Reiki, a mini healing, intro to meditation, and other fun activities. Bring water to stay hydrated and be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Trivia Night, Monday, June 5 at 6 pm. Join us for our monthly trivia night, with questions on various topics and fun prizes to win! Registration not required. In the Meeting Room.

Teen Game Night, Tuesday, June 6 at 6 pm. Join us for our ongoing Teen Game Night! A handful of consoles and multiplayer games such as Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Super Mario Party will be available. We have a Nintendo Switch. Bringing your own handheld devices and controllers is encouraged, the more the merrier! For ages 12-18.

Craft Club, Wednesday, June 7 at 6 pm. This month’s craft: build a dollhouse rocking chair out of clothespins! All materials are supplied, and this event is free. Sign up at the Circulation Desk or by calling 508-324-2700, ext. 2. Craft Club meets in the Meeting Room.

BEAM Games, Thursday, June 8 at 4 pm. Children are invited to join us in the Meeting Room for interactive games

The library’s summer hours begin this week. From mid-June through Labor Day, the library will be closed on Saturdays, and open Fridays from 8 am – 3 pm. For more information, and to view a full library event calendar, visit fallriverlibrary.org
