Library Kicks Off Annual Summer Reading Club
An exciting summer awaits young readers as the Fall River Public Library kicks-off this year’s summer reading club, Let Your Imagination Grow, on Thursday, June 26 at 11:00am. on the
library’s front lawn. Families are invited to bring blankets, snacks or a picnic lunch as they enjoy the Magic of Lon Cerel! Children will also meet this year’s reading mascot, Eunice the Unicorn.
Schedules listing all the exciting summer events, including puppet shows, storytimes, live animal shows, the annual Teddy Bear Picnic, and more will be made available.
The summer reading club is open to children ages 13 and under. If children cannot attend the kick-off, they can still register up to 2 weeks into the program and pick up a reading log in the
Children’s Room. The seven week summer program is co-sponsored by Rockland Trust Bank and the Friends of the Fall River Public Library.
