The Fall River Public School system and its community partners have launched a new parent Academy. The goal is to get more parents and students involved in their respective educational endeavors simply by taking part in a short survey.
The purpose is as follows:
- To help students be successful at home, in school, and within the community
- Offer parents and families free opportunities to learn new skills in areas of interest
- Help students and their families develop career and professional skills
- To offer easy access to take advantage of educational resources in Fall River
According to the Durfee High School website, the new Parent Academy is a valuable resource for students, families, and the community-at-large.
The survey is short, no more than 5-10 minutes to complete. Once done, participants will be entered into a grand prize drawing scheduled to take place later this month.
