A holiday season donation drive is seeking items needed to care for animals at Forever Paws Animal Shelter and The Animal Rescue League of Fall River.
Organized by State Representative Carole A. Fiola and the Durfee High School student government, the second annual Four-Legged Friends Donation Drive is collecting litter, blankets, towels and paper towels, dry cat and dog food, kitchen garbage bags, laundry detergent, toys, leashes, all-purpose cleaner and bleach, and rubber gloves.
Items can be dropped off now through December 21 at the following locations in Fall River:
Durfee High School, 360 Elsbree St.
Rep. Fiola’s district office, 441 North Main St., Second Floor
Forever Paws Animal Shelter, 300 Lynwood St.
The Animal Rescue League (FAXON), 474 Durfee St.
