Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn says his office is making headway in solving close to 90 cold cases that have remained unsolved for upwards of 50 years.
The district attorney says emerging forensic technology and support from state and federal law enforcement have resulted in progress on two cases over the past year.
DA Quinn also says his office is working through the testing of hundreds of rape kits that were never processed on behalf of victims of sexual assault.
Along with the day-to-day prosecution of crimes across Bristol County and the investigation of cold cases, the district attorney remains dedicated to his campaign alerting seniors to not fall prey to internet or phone scams.
