Here is a rundown of the events planned along Fall River’s waterfront the evening of July Fourth.
From the City of Fall River
The City of Fall River’s Fourth of July Waterfront Celebration is taking place on Friday, July 4th, 2025. This event will be sponsored by Barrett’s Waterfront Restaurant & Lounge.
There will be music and food trucks kicking off the celebration at 5:00pm at Heritage State Park, Senator Thomas Norton City Pier, and Veterans Memorial Bicentennial Park.. The fireworks
over the Taunton River will begin at 9:00pm. Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.

The following morning, Saturday, July 5th, the Mayor’s Office will lead a volunteer clean-up around the waterfront. Anyone who would like to volunteer should meet outside the Heritage Park Visitors Center at 8:00am where tools and supplies will be available.
