A program overseen by Bristol County Elder Services in Fall River is made up of volunteers that train employees in area businesses, such as credit unions and banks, on how to better serve dementia-stricken customers and clients. CEO Nancy Munson explains that owners and managers of the participating businesses allow employees to take the necessary time to offer excellent customer care to those clients who suffer from dementia-related heath concerns.
